Hunt Roche have been amazing from start to finish.Totally professional their service was exceptional ,couldnt fault them, Shaun Dee and Ben made a very difficult time as seamless as possible I cant thank them enough,would highly reccomend Hunt Roche.

Based on selling my property recently I would highly recommend Hunt Roche. Ethan, Paul and Ben were excellent. I initially met Ethan who walked me through the process, he worked so fast that I had multiple offers for the property within one week. Paul provided me with extremely detailed feedback from each viewer and guided me and managed the offer process. Last but definitely not least, Ben was on hand whenever I needed an update on the sale. However, the most important aspect of all is that the team at Hunt Roche, Thorpe bay know their market and that they take the time to understand their clients needs.

I cannot speak highly enough about Hunt Roche who sold my house in October, Paul one of the directors personally listed my property and his wealth of local knowledge was quite evident from the start. The office kept me fully informed throughout the whole sales process without me having to constantly phone them. .They followed up and chased the solicitor all the time and likewise with the purchaser and their agent.
