I've just moved into a property I'm renting through Goadsby Ferndown. I've had a fantastic experience with both Charlie and Aimee, from my initial phone call to arrange the viewing right to picking up my keys. Goadsby are extremely helpful, friendly and prompt with their contact and replies. I would 100% recommend them. The moving in hamper was such a thoughtful touch too.

I met with several Ferndown agents before selecting Goadsby to market my property, far preferring their approach (honest advice, realistic valuation, friendly and professional). I was fairly unlucky with 2 sales falling through but each time Goadsby got my flat back on the market ASAP and a stream of people back through the door. Excellent, consistent service - clear and regular communication by phone and email, efficient, reliable and tenacious to the end. I would wholeheartedly recommend Goadsby.

** Edit ** 3 weeks later and no contact from the lettings team, no real surprise there! **** Edit ** 5 days later and no contact from the lettings team **What a disappointing experience from the lettings team in Ferndown.We are landlords and wanted to change letting agents away from Goadsby to a more cost effective letting agents, which has halved our management fees. We gave Goadsby the opportunity to move on price, they were committed to maintaining their customer service levels and wanted to keep their margin, fair enough.The experience they have put us through over the last few months has failed on every level, even basic courtesy and customer service. Chris, the lettings manager has yet to call me back, I have lost count of the messages I left and emails I sent requesting a call. Chris 'made up' monetary amounts he 'felt' we were expected to pay but couldn't back it up contractually. He took too long to return the deposit to us, we very nearly missed the 30 days DPS registration. I have never dealt with such incompetence.The saddest part is, Goadsby, you have lost this customer for life.If we need to change agents again, or anyone asks us for a recommendation - then we will be steering well away from Goadsy.Entirely based on the experience you gave us when we decided to leave.

Excellent communication, from both Polly and Tim.Also Goadsby offers an in house letting service, so if you change your mind about selling, the transfer to let the property is stress free. That is such an advantage that other agents don’t have the ability to offer.There are quite a few local estate agents and I am convinced my decision to use Goadsby was a very good one.Also the solicitor recommended by Goadsby delivered well, which is such a result.

I recently purchased my house through Goadsbys in ferndown. They were really helpful the manager Tim was always on hand to answer any questions. We had a delay towards the end which was no fault of Goadsbys they sorted it within day’s to make sure the sale went through on the date planned. They recommended a solicitor to use and again he was brilliant got the job done and done right. Overall the level of service was brilliant if you want a friendly helpful team that get the job done professionally and at a good speed then Goadsbys are brilliant at this. I was never left wondering what’s next or what am I waiting on they were always on the ball and I was fully briefed. Again a big thanks to the manger Tim a friendly professional guy. Will certainly deal with them again on future purchases.

I've only ever left two other reviews online but I felt compelled to write this one as buying a new house is usually stressful, and thanks to Tim, this one wasn't. My experience was brilliant. Tim was super efficient, helping me in many ways, and I was the purchasers, not the seller. I've bought and sold a few houses over the years and Goadsby's was far better than any of the national chains. Tim made sure he was available and always took our calls or phoned back promptly. A real surprise to deal with a company that was so efficient, even in a pandemic! I'll definitely only use Goadsby's from now on.

Goadsby At Ferndown - Worst expetience when you end contractThe company is not friendly and their job end the moment tenancy agreement is signed. No collaboration or support. Especially the Ferndown branch! Never go them. There is no patience to listen to a problem statement and always delayed response. I have formally written to Deposit Scheme to get my deposit back while the assocaites just push back on every request to even get the least of information! Never go to them if you want peaceful life within or life after tenancy in gettin own money back or have an idea about the end!

Richard at Goadsby has been brilliant (as well as all his colleagues I spoke to). Nothing was too much trouble and he was able to respond to me in a very timely fashion. All the staff have been friendly and very helpful. I've been so pleased with what Goadsby have been able to do for me and help me buy my first flat! I would definitely use them again in the future
