I'm so glad I found Karen at KO hairdressers! I wanted to continue having my hair highlighted in St Andrews, but all the quotes I was receiving were crazy expensive. KO is different- Karen has the best prices for quality work. As a hairdresser with years of experience, she listened to what I wanted (a natural look highlighting my blonde tones), and she did it perfectly. She talked me through the dyeing process before and during, and gave me tips on hair maintenance after. Best place for students! KO is just outside of the main town centre (5 minute walk from South Street), and well worth it.

Have now visited Marilyn's salon twice and have been absolutely delighted with both hair cuts and just loved my new hair colour yesterday! Marilyn took lots of time to understand what I was after and gave great advice and guidance about both cut and colour. All the team are lovely - special mention to Linda who does the best ever shampooing!- and the prices are exceptional value for money. I could not be happier with the result and highly recommend Marilyn.

I don't normally leave reviews, but Karen was truly exceptional. She took the scattered images of what I wanted and turned it into a beautiful finished product, taking the time to make sure it looked good and was what I wanted. I absolutely love my new hair cut.

Been to a fair few hairdressers in St Andrews and this is my favourite. Low key and casual set up, but Karen is a real expert who can talk through complex cuts and give sound advice. And it’s amazing value - £12 for a men’s cut last time I checked!
