I had a heavenly massage with Toni last night. She is was brilliant at finding all the little hidden knots, as well as teasing out some of the big ones. Pressure levels she checked on but they were perfect already!! She really listens to you about where the problem areas are and focuses on them. I've had a number of massages over time and she was definitely one of the top therapists!! :o) I definitely recommend!!

I was not ready for a full body massage, but Alexandra worked with me on areas of my body that I felt comfortable. It was incredibly relaxing and effective , with the right amount of pressure applied. She is definitely one to visit again, a person to put you at ease while taking my body to a calming state.

Both Jennifer and Toni were really wonderful and helped me so very much with the Sports Massage.I ran the London Marathon 2023 last weekend and often the training is very gruelling and very intense. Jennifer and Toni are real experts and fully understand how to help with severe muscle pains and their incredible expertise ensures that you are fully prepared for the very long training runs and the actual Marathon itself.Both Jennifer and Toni are incredibly professional and very kind and caring and I highly recommend the Manual Therapy Practice. Great first treatment from Toni. Went it for a sports massage and she got to the root of my problems very quickly and I’m feeling much better! She’s super informative and will definitely be going back to de-knot the rest of me.
