Superb service and great in a crisis!I never knew it was possible for a brand new tin of paint to roll off a passenger seat and split open spilling the entire contents all over the footwell - but it is. I was devastated! My beloved Beetle awash with paint. Fortunately for me I was recommended by SW Herefordshire VW Garage to go to Steve Bennett Garage in Ross-on-Wye. I called immediately and Steve reassured me that he could help.He called me this morning - less than 24 hours later - to say that the paint was completely gone. I couldn't believe it - but it was absolutely true. So, a big big thank you to Steve and his lovely staff for making my day. (I did give him a hug - any Beetle owner will understand why!).

Had a mini valet and clean done for £25. I was told it wasn't a deep clean, but I'd hoped for slightly better. The bodywork and wheels weren't clean in obvious places and there were paper towel fibres left all over the car, both on mirror and wipers and interior. To be fair, my car was pretty dirty when it went in, but this was obviously a pretty quick end-of-the-day job. They were still rushing to finish it when I turned up to collect it as they closed. They did ask me if I was happy with it, but they were busy packing up and leaving as they asked and I didn't get a good look at it till after they had gone home.

Had to stop in holiday with car trouble. Steve helped us on our way. Quick, efficient and helpful. Thanks!

Decent garage, fair prices and a very positive can-do attitude. They give an honest assessment of any work required. Will happily use again.

Poor experience at the car wash today. Was charged £30 for a very basic interior & exterior clean… and I know it was very basic because I’ve just spent the last half hour with a pack of disinfectant wipes cleaning the interior myself instead. Poor service in a small town where word travels fast.

I've been using Steve for the last 5 years - he's aways treated me fairly and is always looking for ways to keep my costs down. He won't cut corners, but will suggest the most economical way of doing things. I've even had a free car wash!

The car cleaning side do an okay job here. Definitely not the best job I’ve seen, but not the worst. It was £25 for an inside and out which seems to be about average post-lockdown. I definitely don’t remember paying this much at any car wash 18 months ago. But these guys aren’t the only ones charging that price. Had my car for about 1hr20 minutes which sounds fair if there’s only one guy working.

I am really impressed with the service I received here. I had finally had enough of my old garage who quoted me £811 to replace a part that didnt need replacing. Steve managed to diagnose the problem and also fix other issues (caused by my old garage) for £250. Was treated with respect and courtesy and highly recommend this garage.

Valet - it took 2h, paid £50 for inside and outside clean. Not great, sorry maybe it's just me but £50 is a lot and after this service I find it horrendous that I have to clean my windshield myself, looks worse than what I left. Missed loads of details, like cup holders, all tricky corners left out, fenders... won't be doing this again here, sorry.

Very experienced vehicle garage.Thump up for the team. Quite busy place, but they get your work done.
