Don't bother trying to order parts from them.Swansea and Cardiff branches never answer he phone.Been trying for 6 hours, 2 yesterday and 4 today. Not good enough from a huge company like this.

Tried calling over and over to cancel my appointment. You can take this as me cancelling my appointment as im not willing to try and call you anymore as no one EVER answers. Your customer service is terrible and beyond frustrating.2 birds with 1 stone this way!!

They are very incompetent and not fit for purpose.Waited over 4 weeks to get sorted for a part and when it came in, did not even contact me to say that it was there.When I was calling and ask for a particular person that I had been dealing with was told that they were not at their desks only a week later to be told that they were on holiday at the time.

Staff did not inform us of work carried out being charged for, van was bought five months ago and developed a leak.. this is not what you expect from an expensive vehicle and would assume the problem would be fixed FOC.. unfortunately not which is a big shame as I was prepared to buy another vehicle. And as for the woman on reception she has absolutely horrendous people skills and really needs to be looked at, I can see previous reviews about her below and she just cost you a sale of another van.. I will take my business elsewhere.

As with other customers Pippa is possibly the worst customer services representative I have ever experienced. Sent me repeated emails demanding payment for work I had told them not to do. 4 months this carried on for until I had to escalate the problem to Mercedes for resolution. Was told someone from euro commercials would call me, they never did but at least I'm no longer getting demands for payment every 4 weeks.
