In advance:We love Leon, one of our favourite dining chains.But.I must say that my experience at Leon near London Bridge was quite underwhelming. My friends and I arrived quite late, 30 minutes before closing time, but, its not inappropriately late in my opinion, and unfortunately, we were met with a less than desirable dining experience. The staff seemed displeased that we came in so close to closing time, which immediately set a bad tone for the rest of the meal. Our food arrived quickly, but to our disappointment, it was a disaster. The chicken was not cooked thoroughly, which posed a health hazard, and we ultimately ended up leaving the food. We just took the drinks and left most of the food there. We were highly dissatisfied with the quality of our meal and felt let down by the lack of quality that we usually get in leons. They should just say which food they want to serve this close to the closing time and then we wouldnt be that disappointed. It was definitely not worth the trip. But, you may have a totally different experience if you arrive earlier, hence the 3 stars, otherwise I would give them 1 star. It's just a warning, that if you planning a late dinner, then choose an other place and avoid this leon.

Just wanted to applaud the shift manager (tall male) and the rest of the cheerful crew on the late afternoon of Saturday the 25th of November 2023.A kid accidentally dropped his hot chocolate on their way out and I could see on his mums face that it had probably been a very long day for them. She got some tissues and started drying the floor but one of the staff insistently took over. Then when she went to get another drink for her son they’d already made one and a complimentary small slice of brownie. This put a smile on her face and they were very grateful as they went on their way.Thank you evening staff of Leon for giving that mother and son a good end to their evening.

I got a vegan burger and the Brazilian black beans. The burger was decent the bun and the rocket are more premium than your standard take away at this price range. However it was dry and there was not enough sauce to bring flavour. The Brazilian black beans was terrible. It’s was just a few beans and rice and 3 small pieces of carrot. There was no sauce and no flavour whatsoever. It was genuinely a challenge to finish eating it.Again the brown rice is wholesome it could have been a good meal but so boring and not enough other ingredients to make the dish worth eating.

Food is quick, never hot though, but good flavour. Leon has a good range of sustainable ethical food. However, everyone serves their takeaways with wooden cutlery nowadays, so Leon could lose their edge here if not careful. Smoothie is a bit of a let down. Priced high but ready made in a small single use plastic cup. Leon - what are you doing, put it in a card coffee cup at least. Plastic is just so Greggs. Leon should not lower himself to Greggs level, they are a different class - however, is there really a difference between the vegan sausage at Greggs and the vegan nuggets at Leon?Visit both and taste them them while you wait for your delayed train

I had a very nice cup of tea from Leon London Bridge Station. They left the bag in so I could make it as strong as I wanted. And the milk is on the counter to add yourself, so I could add exactly the amount I like. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the anonymous nature of the environment. The brownie cake was a little bitter for my liking, but some people might prefer that style.

Food was great- gluten free nuggets save the day. However it makes you lose your appetite a bit when you see how unclean the toilets are... if they don't keep the loos clean it makes you wonder about the rest...

Absolutely one of the most disgusting levels of service and hygiene witnessed. I placed my order on the ordering screen. I notice a staff member offer food from a container to two other staff members ( I believe it was an apple not 100% though) see both staff member eat it and then get onto with preparing customers food without washing their hands. I pull up one of the staff members and ask why hasn't the person preparing my order washed his hands (some lame excuse provided) I tell them to 1. wash the hands, 2. remake my order. The staff member calls the other staff member (Daniel) and orders him to wash his hands and start again (this time he wore gloves in addition). The second issue - these 3 staff members are more concerned about gossip than cleaning the disgusting tables around, to the point a lady sitting at a table asked a staff member to give her the spray so she could clean it. The manager and the chain should be appalled. Please kindly review your CCTV footage from 12th April from 20:25 to 20:50.
