Clients be aware!!Me and my friend were clients of Andy Stokes for EMS training. Andy was very responsive at the beginning- until he received the money. He offered 2 weeks trial with no commitment and possibility of cancellation anytime. We paid for 1 month upfront. He was 30min late for the 1st session. He cancelled 2nd session as he double booked clients. He was late 55min for the 3rd session. 4th session on Friday- he cancelled as he was ill. Understandable. We wanted to rebook and do 3 sessions instead of 2 next week (Mon, Wed, Fri). He didn’t respond at all during the weekend to confirm he can train us on those days. He let us know on Monday few hours before traning that it’s perfectly fine! When we met he was absolutely fine and definitely not that sick over the past 3 days that he couldn’t respond.Each time it was a problem of him being severely late or him just not responding to us.After 4th session (2 weeks) we let him know that this form of training is not for us and we want to cancel and receive our money back for unused sessions. He started ignoring us and he didn’t respond AT ALL. He just vanished with our money. He didn’t say a word that he is not happy or anything, just took someone’s money and disappeared. I chased him several times and he just makes empty promises that he will give me the money back. He asked for my bank account details but I’ve never received the money!!! Please be aware, he is a thief making just empty promises. You will end up not having traning and with empty pockets. He owned at least 3 Ltd companies closed in the first year of trading (dissolved by a compulsory strike-off!!) which is quite impressive taking into account his young age but at least we can see his business attitude and what kind of person he is…Please do your own research before you use his services. We were deceived by Andy Stokes and we’re very disappointed!!!

I was suffering from constant knee pain due to worn out cartilage. I discussed this with Andrew who advised me that two sessions of physio might relieve some of the pain. He was absolutely correct, after two sessions of vigorous massage I am taking long walks again and resumed cycling - painfree! My knee condition is chronic but Andrew certainly helped me get active again. I would certainly use him again. Highly recommended.
