We have been customers for more than 10 years and until yesterday I would have rated this as 5* all day long.The staff have ALWAYS been extremely friendly, kind, helpful and professional. .. an area in which the new owner is completely lacking!Unfortunately ownership has changed to an extremely rude and utterly 'jobs worth' individual.Ironic given he's in the customer service industry!I'm always happy to give someone a second chance, but that expired yesterday when my husband received the same 'care and attention' as I had previously experienced from him.Needless to say we ordered a new tumble dryer yesterday and won't be going back!

The staff (especially the manager, Kay, and her colleague, Amanda) and service here are exceptional! I have them clean my work linens on a weekly basis and the turn around time is very short. Their prices are very reasonable, staff are honest, efficient, and care about their customers. I love their delivery service option - Jim does most of the deliveries and he is so kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my washing!

Very pleased with the two loads of service wash we had done at Blue Monday. All clothes were nice and clean and neatly folded. Washing was ready for pickup the next day as expected.
