Homecarers Care Services – West Cheshire (Chester)

Carers try there hardest but are constantly let down by the untrustworthy company and rude staff in the office.I fail to see how this company can call themselves a care company they treat their carers like dirt they have no pride in the staff they employ they do not care about the people they are meant to be caring for.they should be made to remove the word care from the company name.the only thing they are interested in making money out of the vulnerable.its about time social services and cwcc investigated this company for what they are a rip off company as I said previously the carers are great but the company are liars and definitely not to be trusted.

A company who genuinely care about clients and staff and will go above and beyond to ensure everyone can live the life they not only need but deserve.

Absolutely appalling company to work for and would not recommend anyone to use this company for any form of care. Management do not care about any of the clients, aslong as they are getting paid they are not bothered, and they make it so hard for carers to provide the correct an appropriate personal care needed. They take hours of clients that actually need them, specially the clients that pay for the package. They do not care about medication errors and seem to promote staff that make this serious mistake. As for pay if anyone is considering working for them, make sure u are on block pay or u will have to work roughly 14-16 hours a day to get an average 8 hour pay, as u only get paid for the time that client has paid for. They do not like u going over ur time on a call, and will usually give u extra calls to make it impossible. PLEASE RECONSIDER IF U GENERALLY CARE ABOUT PEOPLE.

Given 1 star as there isn’t an option for no stars. We are utterly devastated at the treatment my father endured at the hands of certain staff members at this company. I wrote a letter of complaint to them & far from being understanding or sympathetic, their response was to defame my dads character & cast a slur upon his good nature but he is no longer here to defend himself. Be careful who you allow into the homes of your sick, vulnerable & elderly loved ones. We trusted these people & it’s a decision we will have to live with for the rest of our lives.

very poor company to work for. as greedy as you get if you want to work for pennies with no brakes no holidays an be treated lile rubbish this is the job for you..

The carer's work very hard especially my mum carer's,i don't rate most of the office staff,because they can be very rude and don't really help,they just tell you and thats it.They look after my mums needs,but not very well it's the carer's should be pat on the back for all there hard work they put in.I think the office staff don't give a toss apart from there selves.To be honest i don't really rate Starcare,they are absolutely a disgrace and appalling too.Them Carer's are working 24/7 and they should be credited too.
