Awful place. Lackadaisical staff with a total air of arrogance. Zero knowledge of wine just pointed to a machine that pours wine and told to read the tasting notes. When asked they had no idea.Zero customer service or personal contact or customer experience. A lot of staff doing very little apart from being rude.Most certainly all show with zero knowledge or experience of customer service

Fun wine tasting experience where you're issued a card and place it in a slot, then select a wine to try and how much to try, which is then dispensed automatically into your glass. Some suitable food pairings too like cheese boards and olives. Fun atmosphere but small space if your group is large!

We've become semi regulars at Le Vignoble, and what a gem to find in Plymouth! Always a fantastic selection to taste 'on tap', with helpful tasting notes, and very knowledge staff on hand to help. Fantastic selection of nibbles, including lots of vegan options. We are also regulars at the free wine tasting club every month for members (no fee required), which is fabulous. We get a guided tasting of around 6 wines that the staff select as their favourites, and again, very knowledge and open to questions. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love the concept! So fun trying new wines, and love that you can buy your faves!We sampled a few on the outside patio, and nibbles on olives and bread. It was all divine…. I will absolutely return!

A lovely spot on bright day to sit and try a variety of wines. The staff are informative and will assist in finding a wine suitable to your taste. Their knowledge is extensive. If you just fancy a coffee they do that too along with a few snacks and lunch options.It's nice to see an independent wine store amongst the mass of chains and super store selections most of us go to.Definitely worth a visit and a glass or three.
