I’ve had problems with my bathroom ever since I had their tiles installed by incompetent Tiler’s THEY recommended. I now have to have the whole thing redone. Awful quality.EDIT: The problem ended up being the grouting and sealant which your tiler did, not the plumbing, or brassware, that's all working fine. I've already had a competent tiler come and scrape it all out and start again, so there's nothing to resolve.

The service is outstanding, from beginning to end, I could not recommend Robel more highly. I was really tight with time, and had to make quick decisions whilst also balancing a lot on at work, Ty & Merve dropped samples and their communication so well and helped me find the right worktop within my budget. The whole project was completed in just over a week which was exactly what I needed. Thank you Robel… your great!

The lovely people at Robel did a great job completely refurbishing a bedroom and bathroom for us. It wasn't the easiest job as space was incredibly tight in the bathroom and every centimetre accounted for. They took time to understand the challenges and consulted with us at every step to make sure everything worked out in the end. Tay, Alex and the others were trustworthy, hard working and pleasant to have around.They also have some really nice tiles in the shop.I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends for bathroom projects.

DO NOT BUY FROM ROBEL!I bought white zellige tiles for my kitchen. The sample looked nice but the tiles that arrived were awful - broken at the edges, chipped glazing all over, streaky, lack of glaze, dull in colour and bubbling with dirt underneath!I tried to return them as there was no way I could put these on my wall, but they claimed they were fine and refused to take them back (or even exchange). The customer service was shocking. Not only did they take no interest in customer satisfaction but were so rude and unpleasant.Zellige are meant to have inconsistencies as they are handmade, but these are clearly poorly made and look a mess. I subsequently bought some zellige for my bathroom from Mosaic Factory, which look fantastic. This difference in quality is vast.I am currently stuck with £640 worth of terrible tiles, which I will continue to dispute. I feel conned and am convinced that the only reason they refuse to taken them back is because they know they can’t resell them. If they were content with the quality of there product they would not have any problem returning them, as they are white 10x10 square tiles.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.

Amazing service from the guys at Robel. They supplied and fitted the marble tiles and vanity top in our bathroom. They were very helpful with advising on the design and the workmanship was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Robel- highly professional and helpful throughout! They were very patient and supportive during my indecisiveness of what type of tiles I wanted for my hallway. I also had the same company lay the tiles down for me.. best decision I made! Thank you for making the process simpler for us!

Great service, they provided me with lots of sample for the choice of my worktop and the installation of the quartz worktop was super fast and of top quality. A very experienced team clearly!

The tiles I ordered from here were superb and at a really competitve price. After looking at countless tile samples, I was very relieved with the look and quality of the tiles I ordered. Due to a courier issue, a couple of tile boxes in my first order were damaged. Robel managed to sort this out very quickly and have replacement tiles sent over the next week. Customer service was excellent over all. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely order via Robel for future projects.

Merve and her brother were helpful and worked hard with us to create a bespoke pattern for our front garden path, based on a photo of a fragment from a childhood home. We were very happy with their service from design through to the installation of the tiles.

The gaps around the cooker are completely uneven which they say is the job of the cooker installer to fix (meant to be templated to the cooker not the other way around), jagged lines on edges which they claim can be covered over with tiling (again someone else’s job to fix), and inconsistent overhang depth (which apparently is what we asked for…). And they overcharged us by £500, charged us for items they didn’t supply (upstands). They can’t work to anything that is not a right angle and dead straight, which negates the point of templating.When we politely asked for a refund they said this was their usual quality, blamed our plaster for being “old” and not flat, and refused a refund. In the process of issuing legal proceedings against them to enforce our statutory rights.EDIT: Just had our worktops replaced by Natural Stone Surfaces Limited - honestly, what a difference both in the way they templated (they used lasers and detailed measurements rather than cordex) and the professionalism of the install (no re-cutting marble in the back of their van and certainly no endless moaning about an old victorian house not being dead straight). They also sealed our worktops for us and left a complimentary care kit. And, they were also much cheaper than Robel. Look them up, they fit worktops for high-end kitchen companies and were recommended to us by our kitchen company when they saw for themselves what a disaster we had with Robel.
