I recently purchased a vehicle and from the first point of communication Jake, the Director, was fantastic. Jake provided all the relevant details prior to purchasing and arranged a smooth viewing with the vehicle, working around my busy schedule. When I viewed the car, it had been thoroughly cleaned and I was able to test drive. Elf Motors ensured the car had a fresh service and MOT. He went the extra mile and collected me from the train station to ensure I could pick the vehicle up with ease. As someone who has had negative experiences with dealerships and private sellers in the past, which meant impacted my confidence the wheel, I drove away with ease in a safe car that I trusted.
