Really inspiring workshop. After the movement work at the beginning, I felt energised rather than tired; the connecting and drawing in different sorts of chi was very strong, and the meditation rounded it off nicely. Completely different from other styles of chi gong I'd done before - and all the more interesting because of that.

With simple and easy movements, Ammadis magically transports his class participants to sense the world of chi within and the experience is wonderfully enlightening!

Internal Qigong with Amadis was the perfect introduction to Qigong. I did a day workshop in Stanmer Park which was lovely, going through the movement and meditation in the fresh air. I’ve also attended the weekly class which is a great way to tune into the body on a regular basis. Amadis is a patient and kind teacher and holds the space so well.

Five star,Welcoming and inclusive, the classes have a warm ambiance. Spoken word combined with qi gong movements are fertile soil for deep bodily meditation.The classes are varied and are backed up with the wealth of knowledge.Highly recommend for all levels
