Willowbrook Hospice

I cannot thank willow Brook enough for taking such good care of my brother,he was in a bad way when he went in we all thought we was going to lose him,but after there care he is going back home tomorrow (Sunday 11th September)..the staff are amazing..I only went to see my brother once whyll he was the as we have to travel from Lincoln,Lincolnshire..and I was amazed at how much care to took to bring my brother back to his old self and I can see why he as said that when it comes to the end he wants to be there..its so relaxing and the staff are lovely,I didnt want to leave myself..they evan got him eating again proper meals..I am so grateful for all they have done..thank you all so very much.❤

I cannot thank the hospice staff enough for their care, support and professionalism during the time my Dad was looked after there. He retained his dignity throughout difficult times and nothing was too much trouble. A remarkable place.

Unfortunately our experience of Willowbrook was not positive. As a family we witnessed several incidents that impacted directly upon my husband’s care & comfort, particularly in the last few days of his life. There was a further issue following my husband’s passing which has added extra stress & grief to us all. Lack of continuity of doctors was also issue, my husband did not appear to see the same doctor twice. As a family we have donated to Willowbrook for a long time and it is with genuine sadness that we would not recommend Willowbrook.

They really looked after my mum when she was a patient there. I've never been to a hospice before but it was clean, modern with a large spacious garden and many seats to rest on.

I cannot praise the Willowbrook hospice enough for the way they cared for my wife Jean in the last two weeks of her life. The doctors the nurses and carers, the chefs the volunteers, were all wonderful and I’d like to thank them all, for myself and my family.
