Took my car in after the insurance company recommended them. They told me 4-5 days, after 2 weeks and daily calls, in which I was always told that someone will call back, never received any call backs, and always the car will be ready tomorrow, when I call the next day, they find an excuse that the car is not ready. They had the car for over 2 weeks.Got the car back and noticed that the job was so poorly done, they should call themselves bodge it and leg it. I emailed them last Friday (Today is Wednesday) with the picture as they offer a 5 year warranty. Guess what, no one had the decency if calling or writing. I did not expect them to do so.Avoid them at all costs and tell the insurance company that they are no good.Funny, 1 hour after posting my review, I get an email asking me to bring the car over. Jokers, I would not take the car back there. They are time wasters.

Best service ever! I had a decent courtesy car for the duration of the repair which took a week. I got regular phone calls updating me with each stage of the repair (identifying the repairs, ordering parts, fitting them etc), and they arranged a drop off date/time to suit me. Not only that but the car was returned to me having been vacuumed, washed and waxed. Looked good as new. Highly recommended. Definitely would use again!

Excellent service from knowledgeable mechanics and staff - sometimes going above and beyond upon request. Quick repairs. Very helpful and courteous. Maybe slightly more expensive than other places but quality of service is good.

Fix auto west hampstead have been absolutely amazing. They are efficient and the staff are lovely including the receptionists. I got my car back very quickly and the job was done perfectly. I would absolutely recommend fix auto west hampstead. Brilliant!!!

If companies have Borderline Personality Disorder, this is one of them. If you don't have an accent that can sooth them into doing their job, please avoid.It all started when I asked them to pick up the car from my garage (my previous car insurance did this so I thought it was normal), because I was away for 2 months. This, somehow triggered them. After that point, they:1) they had me bringing the car the first time to estimate the damage (within record),2) they didn't contact me and they lied to the insurance about not been able to reach me (without record),3) they lied to me about the insurance not sending needed approvals (within record),4) they had me bringing the car a second time to estimate the damage (within record),5) they lied again about not been able to reach me (within record),6) they avoided email communication although I explicitly requested it (within record),7) they lied again about the insurance not sending needed approvals (within record),8) they blamed the insurance and spread confusion (it's too complicated

Jordan and Kofi in particular were very helpful! I had experienced a hit and run- my car was horribly damaged and the team did an amazing job! It was fixed in under 2 weeks and was given back to me spic and span! Thank you so much! I will be sure ro recommend and use this company if there are any future damages :)

I WOULD THINK TWICEE B4 USING THIS COMPANY...The way my son was spoken to by one of their representatives earlier on was absolutely despicable.This company should never have employed a receptionist who clearly has no customer service skills and has a very uncouth attitude towards their clients.I have used this company years ago as I live locally, and never had any issues; unfortunately, this time I had to hear my son being spoken to in a very unprofessional manner.I will be reporting this company to trading standards as I do not think this company should be allowed to operate until their staff are trained properly to deal with customers on the phone.Calls to this company were recorded for legal and training purposes.
