Very reliable and professional.Booked minibus (16-seater) for a trip to cruise terminal for an extended family holiday and collection at end of the holiday.Booking was very simple with extremely quick responses to all queries.Price was very competitive.Driver (Javeid) arrived in good time for both trips. He was always very courteous, professional and helpful, assisting with luggage etc.I would certainly use this company again for trips in future. Recommended based on this experience.

The service was great. Our driver Soufiane was really friendly, responsive and got us to the venue in very good time.And his team won the football so he drove back to London a happy man!I would definitely use your services again. Only thing that was a bit tricky was the original information about hand luggage was misleading. Fortunately we had a couple of spare seats so we managed!

Our family used Travel Force's services on 2 occasions recently and on both occasions we received a highly professional, reliable and friendly service from the Company. The mini bus was very spacious and clean and the driver Mr Nadeem was very polite and the journey was very smooth. We would highly recommend this company and we intend to use their services again in the near future.

Impressive, all mini buses brand new , easy access into it as we had a day trip to sea side , from care home , very comfortable chairs, friendly drivers. Nice driving. Will use it as a regular! Highly recommend

Very happy with the service we received for a collection from London travelling to Bournemouth and returning 2 days later.The driver was polite & helpful. He arrived before our booked times for both collections. He was happy to wait and happy to stop at the service station for us.I would use this company again and can highly recommend.

Service and travel to the airport was fine. However a little disappointed, advised that we were a large party travelling to the airport. The vehicle was not equipped to hold the amount of luggage we had for a party of ten. Our luggage was piled high upon the back seats of the vehicle. God forbid had there been an impact the rear doors would have been obstructed it would have been better to use a vehicle big enough to hold all our luggage. Invoice #11760 from Travel Force

Fantastic service. Used this company as a return journey to the airport. great communication from start to finish by texts and email. Driver was prompt & polite both journeys and although we were longer coming through airport he communicated with us & waited. The service was excellent. Driver arrived on time and communicated the day before and earlier on in the day before arrival. Very professional and helped with the luggage. Nice and clean minibus, with plenty of space for all our luggage. His driving was nice and smooth. Will definitely use your services again.
