Everything was taken into consideration from the exquisite pictures and brochure to the continuous contact, effective communication and advice throughout the sale and completion process.Daniel and his team kept us up to date of all interest, which due to their excellent marketing, fair price and speedy service, there was plenty. They had our house on the market and sold within days and upheld their fantastic level of service during the contract exchange process.Thank you to Stephenson’s, great job. We don’t wish to move again anytime soon but if/when we do, we will use their services again.

A lovely walk along 2 valleys with several waterfalls. Good facilities too.

Incompetent to the point of negligent. Took my property off the market in December for four months as my buyer failed to get mortgage after mortgage. Due diligence??? Stephensons did however have the good grace to admit they'd made a colossal mess of the non sale. Re. Response below. The buyer failed to get multiple mortgages prior to covid. Due diligence would have suggested that his life choices made it super hard to borrow. Your sales manager Sarah admitted you had made a balls up and apologised to me. A buyer is not a buyer if he has no money is he now?

I can recommend Stephenson's 100% as when selling our house, the buyers and lenders solicitors contrived to make it as painful as possible, and only for Sarah's knowledge and perseverance did we finally get the sale over the line.Use Stephenson's and be confident that they will hang on in there to ensure the sale or purchase goes through as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Poor Estate Agents happy to waste your time and money and offer unqualified opinions. We had to walk away from a sale because of a serious problem with a house and we were unable to get a mortgage -any non -cash buyer would be in the same position. The Agent dealing with the sale offered unsolicited and unqualified advice on repeated occasions, arguing against all the evidence we had gathered from multiple professionals. There had already been a failed sale and the reasons were misrepresented. After months we had to make the difficult decision to walk away and they simply re-listed the property within days. Any future prospective buyers will not only lose money finding out what we and the vendor and Agent already know but I can only assume won’t disclose -but they may have to take on a more expensive mortgage as rates rise. Unethical on many levels-stay away from any properties listed with this agent or ask a lot of questions about any failed sales. Thankfully we found another property with another Agents and have now completed. Every step of the way it was a world of difference in the whole experience.In response the reply below: I find it interesting that you cannot identify me yet also manage to make specific comments on my attempted purchase. The sale failed because the house has subsidence and I could not provide evidence for coatings for reasons out of my control eg the need to get Yorkshire Water involved and their timescale of 3 months and the need for this to be requested by the vendor who repeatedly asserted there was no problem with the structural integrity of the house. I have no interest in contacting you to discuss further. I hope your response is eye-opening for many.

I’ve had my fair share of experience with estate agents and Stephensons are definitely the best of the bunch. Operationally, they are very well set up and unlike most agents my property wasn’t just a number to them.
