Needed to take over a storage unit from my dad, the staff made it so easy to do so. I didn’t get the ladies name on the desk but she was soo helpful and she was so nice, made the whole process really easy and honestly couldn’t ask for anything more, lovely staff! They were helpful with figuring out what size and I’m sure they could answer any questions, the size was perfect and the storage unit feels very secure, definitely would recommend!

The ladies here have been amazing! Back in June I had a house fired in part of my house combined with my 23 year old needing to come home for a month (which turned into 4.5minths lol due to delays) to say I was stressed how I was going to store all her belongings when I had lost use of half my home is an understatement. The ladies at Liverpool Storage King made the whole process easy, smoooth and quick!! They have been so patient with my constant extending of the booking. I’ll definitely use them again!!! I have been at this establishment for 2 years and the treatment and service by its staff has been outstanding.Namely Lou, Rachel and Janine have been helpful, down to earth, straight up, understanding and quite frankly brilliant throughout my time here.Actually sad to leave!It has been a great relationship and I could not recommend this particular Storage King more.Many thanks.

It was a rare old school friendly and warm experience doing business with the team at King Storage, Liverpool. The complete opposite of the modern day cold, corporate customer experience we are usually get. Louise was a super introduction both by telephone and text message and Jennie was similarly super during the administration of the contract. Why can’t all business transactions be like this! Superb!

Brilliant facility and the staff are warm, friendly and more importantly really knowledgeable and helpful, can't recommend highly enough. A pleasureable experience from the moment you set foot inside to the moment you leave.

Very friendly team, with excellent storage space at very good prices! Especially for large items and several boxes!
