Terrible service. There seems to be no interest in patient care. Post operative concerns (potential infections) for my partner are dismissed and we cannot get a face to face appointment.

Over 25 years with this practice, but may as well not be registered now. I was refused a repeat prescription that I needed quickly recently by a very rude admin worker and told to wait two weeks too actually see someone.

Phoned because I had an an infection in my finger. Went to the pharmacy they said it was a infection need to go to my doctor for antibiotics. Phoned the surgery and waited 15mins to speak to a receptionist i explained i had been to a pharmacy and what they said and the symptoms I also explained i would be happy with a phone call from the doctor. I was told they are only doing emergency appointments and to phone back the next day at 8am. I tried to explain that that is not possible as I work full time and would be driving at that time in the morning to which i was told well do I want to see a doctor or not sometimes you need to put your health first" I don't see how not getting paid and the possibilitie of struggling to pay my bills helps my wellbeing. So I went online and got a video consultation with llyods doctor and they prescribed antibiotics right away and expressed disappointment in any doctor turning a patient away with an open infection as it can go badly very quick he did say it was unlikely in my case but it should have been seen to the same day at the very least. So it cost me close to £60

Waited in the phone for 29 minutes before I gave up. Reception is rude when you do get through. If I didn’t have access to pay for private healthcare I would never be able to see a doctor. Shameful, they just let it ring and ring and ring. Horrible experience and terrible surgery. If you get assigned somewhere else do!

Good efficient service, 48 hrs for repeat prescription, the doctors I've seen have been great, I've never felt rushed, be prepared to wait a little while for this reason, I'd rather wait than feel like I'm pushed out of the door because my five minutes were up! I've never had a bad experience with the receptionist who have always tried to do what they can. I lost weight with a few other symptoms and was seen by the Dr, had the endoscopy and a follow up within three weeks.

Brought some gaviscon for my daughter who is a few weeks old it has worked wonders for her rang the doctors who would not even put it on a Prescription for her would rather leave a baby to stuffer with reflux and trapped wind because of their budgets it’s Ridiculous how they can leave a baby to suffer.. but some people get paracetamol on prescription. It’s not like I’m asking for much I’m asking for them to help me so my daughter is not in pain!

Recently left after 31 years with Hucclecote surgery. Rude reception staff, impossible to get an appointment, only offered telephone appointments with no time slot given which doesn’t work when you have a job, then the incorrect results were given to me, only got any level of service when I complained to the practice manager, the surgery shows a real lack of empathy and don’t seem to understand you aren’t calling them because you want to, but because you need medical help. no idea who my GP actually was towards the end after so many changes.

Normally I would give this GP Surgery excellent reviews but on Wed 22nd I called the surgery with having a sore mouth and extremely painful swollen red tongue, I was interrogated by the receptionist asking me irrelevant questions then informing me she didn't think in her personal opion I needed to see a GP. Rude,Unprofessional, and needs to realise she's not a Gp.

Absolutely devastated after speaking to GP who just would not listen. I’m glad I was speaking to them about existing condition where I already knew the risks because I had already discussed these with a GP. When cancer is a previously discussed risk and the GP at this surgery tells me that is not true but a quick look on the NHS website will tell me it is true…. Complete faith in GP lost. Did not listen and did not appear to understand the condition at all, would have preferred GP to have been honest (as I’ve had before) and just said they didn’t know the condition or did not understand what I was asking rather than just talking over me telling me the issue was me.

I don't understand there appointment system. Rang for appointment today to be told no available appointments until November. This was ok so asked to book that one only then to be told would have to ring back in 2 days time at 2pm to book. How odd! No guarantee that appointment will be even be available when I call back. It all seems very backward and difficult to see a GP. Really shouldn't be this hard surely.
