Andy went above and beyond to fit my car in on two separate occasions over the last few weeks - first to get my MOT done (as I'd left it to the last minute) and second to repair a leak. The latter I messaged him yesterday evening and was able to take my car in first thing today. I told him I needed my car for work (I'm a dog walker), so, even though time was tight, he fixed the leak ready for me to start work at 10am this morning. An absolute life saver! Highly recommend.

I called to have a part replaced. Before I could even finish explaining what I needed done “no we won’t do it, we won’t do it, bye” and hung up. RUDE.

Brilliant garage.Had taken my car to another garage previously which kept my car for a week without being able to diagnose or fix the issue. I was at the point of just getting rid of my car and buying a new one as the previous garages possible predictions (every person I spoke to would say something different) were all very significant and costly jobs.Andy and Roger diagnosed and managed to fix the issue within the same day; dropped off in the morning and ready for collection at 4pm. The parts only cost £70 in total which was a massive relief.Very professional and clearly experienced pair of mechanics. They even showed me the parts which were faulty and why / how they were making the creaking noise. Of course, this is always a sign of a great garage.

Fantastic garage, helped with my issue very promptly (twice!). I had to return for an unrelated issue that cropped up and they fixed it then and there very quickly. Patient & understanding.

for a simple job like tie rod replacement I realised that the Steering wheel is not straight!!! now I have to drive like Mr Bean!!! and the price was like in Monte carlo !!! last time when I use this service !!!

Friendly, willing, intelligent mechanics. Were able to look at the car right away. Diagnosed the fault. It is a minor fault and so they communicated with my regular garage back in London and I have booked the repair in London for next week.After today, I feel I can trust the car on my journey back to London.When you're in a new town, it helps to run into good, honest mechanics.

Great. Just an MOT, but they sorted an issue which was a major fault with no fuss, and also fixed an annoying rattle without even mentioning it.
