I woke up one day, last week and noticed a lot of particles on my room carpet and did realise immediately that it was my Moschino Driving shoe that the sole had broken and particles were coming from the bottom of the Shoe! Hence, time to visit A1Shoe Repairs. And he assess the problem and suggest the solution. In the end, I got “New”! Excellent job. FOA.

I was most impressed with A1 when I needed duplicate keys cut. The chap serving greeted me with a smile and produced three keys within about two minutes (some sort of record maybe...?!) Yale-type keys were on offer at 3 for £10 - a very reasonable price. I will certainly return here for any future key cutting as I appreciate nice manners and good value for money.

Been searching for a decent place for watch battery replacement and now found it in A1 Shoe Repairs. Used to go to reliable Mr Bailey in Southend Road, Grays until he retired and shut shop a few years ago.William at A1 seems a decent and amicable guy who would replace the battery while you wait for a reasonable price. He'll impart trade secret and give you tip to avoid paying exorbitant charges at the high street jewellers. Only uses top Swiss batteries Renata brand. Top man and this is my go to place for watch battery replacement in future. Highly recommended.

I have used this key and shoe repair kiosk for several years now and they have always done what was needed, when other similar services have not been able to. The man that runs the service is very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I aways go to A1 first, if i need a key cut or shoe repair.
