Went in for steak pasties and asked if they where warm, the sale assistant said yes and placed them in a bag and handed them over, they where cold, so handed them back and walked out.

Asked for a bacon and sausage breakfast roll... When I got home there was only bacon in there.... so I got charged extra for something that I'd asked for but they didn't put in.. the only reason that I've given it a 2 star is because I enjoyed the latte....

Excellent foodSometimes nor freshExcellent cup of teaI like to chill here for an hour with a cup of tea and a steak bake. Lovely sitting in area. Staff Lovely too.

Sometimes the only thing that will do it is a Greggs bacon bap and coffee.The new sausages aren't popular in our house and they are almost chipolata sized now anyway!Also, we can't order online anymore due to just eat changing their algorithm to take dozens of places out of our options list. Regardless of distance or anything else apparently!This is the universe saying.... Stop wasting money and lose weight! :)

Fairly decent pastries and sandwiches, but improvements could be made: a solution to almost perpetually cold vegetarian/vegan pastries; lack of wholemeal/brown bread sandwiches. Food is generally tasty and fresh and coffee not at all bad. Staff friendly and helpful.

Delicious food. Doesn't matter which branch is visited, the food is of a consistent quality. The only quatm I have is that a lot of the time the steak bakes aren't always hot but lukewarm.

It's a Gregg's, what more can I say. Standard layout. Staff are helpful and polite. Not the cheapest place about, but I've never had a problem with the quality of food......
