I'd encourage anyone buying books to come here. You'll get very personal service, good value for money and keep another bookshop on the High Street. If they haven't your book in they'll order it for you and often it will come within a day.

Lovely little book shop, for such a small shop it has such a wide variety of books to browse through and buy at your own leisure. Also have a lovely little range of “Wakefield and surrounding areas” items for sale such as maps, photo books of Wakefield way back when. And the staff are lovely and helpful. Love it in here could spend a while shopping here.

Superb independent bookshop. I've found that I can order a book from here quicker and cheaper than Amazon! I find their recommendations always are amazing. Good selection on the shelves. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Bravo!
