I’ll let the before-and-after pictures speak for themselves. A top quality job performed by lovely people. Horrible smart repairs and filler removed by chemical dipping, wheels built up with weld, painted black then diamond cut and lacquered, couldn’t be happier!

Amazing job, this is the second time they have refurbished one of my alloys and you can't tell it was ever marked. Would use again and highly recommend.

I figured it was about time I review this company. I needed someone who was willing and able to give my wheels the attention they required with polishing. After talking about the work I could tell that they know exactly what they are doing.They were completely professional and courteous throughout the whole process. At the end I couldn't stop staring at my wheels because of how great the polish is. I could even see myself in them because they are so shiny and I'm scared to get them dirty! I am so grateful and if anyone reading this is considering contacting Wheel Wizard, do it as you won't regret it.

Took my calipers to get refurbished in February. Got them back in July. Price was first quoted at £900.. turns out to be near £1200.Poor customer service and communication.Decided to fit calipers somewhere else as I felt I was being robbed.Another garage which fitted the calipers told me some parts were missing which was all supplied to Wheel Wizard from the start.John the owner of Wheel Wizard can't take responsibility for the missing parts. Speaks over you when you're on the phone to him to discuss the matter. Don't recommend this place.

What a brilliant find! My local tyre company recommended these guys after discovering one of Surrey's finest potholes had cracked my VW Golf alloy wheel rim. Fantastic customer care (including Henry the dog), very fast professional repair at a fair price so I am delighted. Highly recommended.

Got in my tyres cheaper than i could find online, refurbished my split-rim wheels so that hey look brand new, with subtlety that i wouldn’t even notice, polished up my headlights. Brilliant service, kept me informed every step of the way, including follow up! Customer service and friendliness that is impossible not to rate as 5 star.

I brought my wheels to this place for a full refurb after being told my multiple places that they could not be done, or wanted to charge a fortune, the guys were very reasonably priced (for the job) and had a quick turn around , and the finish is perfect they look new! They even did me a favour and changed the tyres over

An attitude problem. I cannot comment on the quality of their work because I didn't get that far. I called up to say I was on my way to visit them for a quote and was told that was fine. Upon arrival a friendly chap saw me and we went to look at the alloy on my car. I explained I had the wheel done by a different company who unfortunately couldn't match the finish of the others so I asked if this company could? He said most probably and he'd do a sample colour for me first so I thought that's great, I will get it done with them. Not knowing their 'extremely busy' schedule I asked if I could come back later the same day just to look at the sample finish before actually painting the wheel. Clearly this simple question miffed him as he said 'absolutely not and we cannot just make up the paint that quickly.' He said he would need around 2 weeks to make up the sample paint and that he doesn't want me 'to keep calling to check if it is ready!' I am not sure if the man has some kind of problem but he has no idea on how to speak to customers respectfully. How am I to know their schedule and how long it takes to make up paint?! He had the unfortunate way of talking to me like a naughty school kid and who's to say I would keep calling up to check the progress? I asked if he could have it ready in 12 days as I was next off work then and he said 'there you go again you are putting me under pressure to get it ready quickly.' I said to him not to bother and got in my car and drove off. I have never had this kind of experience anywhere and I am very glad I didn't leave it with them. If I had been an ongoing difficult and demanding customer then he may have some justification to be bit like this but then to be fair I would still be a paying customer so I wouldn't expect any business to talk to a client in that way. Some of the wheel finishes looked good but there are plenty of other companies out there who deserve and want people's business actually having the ability to speak to people well. I would only suggested new clients visit this business if they are prepared for a likely rude attitude and you must to do everything on their terms ie. not call up to check progress and have all the time in the world to wait until they find the time, expect min of 2 weeks (to the day) just to make up a small sample of paint. To conclude, I have never experienced such service and wouldn't therefore recommend them to anyone. Reading the recent reviews I feel I am not alone...

I was initially unsure about the level of repair work I needed for the interior of my Jag. After contacting Wheel Wizard, I received a free quote and my worries were gone after talking about it. My car is my pride and joy and I love the results of their hard work. You can tell the dedication to high standards they have and how experienced their specialists are.I've been thinking about getting the wheels polished too and if my experience was anything to go by then I am sure that they will do just as great of a job.

Phoned them up with a crack on my 19in alloy (damn potholes).. could not ask for better service. Dropped the wheel off on the Tuesday evening got a phone call roughly 2pm Wednesday afternoon to say it was ready.. would highly recommend to anyone.. Will also be returning to get the 4 alloys cleaned up and kerb rash got rid off.. Will never go anywhere again
