Dave makes financial planning straight forward. As a couple financial planning has been something we have avoided up until now. We were recommended to speak to Dave during a house sale. He is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced and perceptive professional, he made the whole process as straight forward and simple as could be. Dave understood us and our situation and has been able to resolve a borrowing scenario that I couldn’t. I had spent a few days in total speaking with lenders prior to meeting Dave, to increase the maximum lending we could take,with little success. Dave analysed the situation and noticed an issue with how the business was set up. The result was an ability to lend a lot more than we thought was possible. Even though I have some past experience of mortgages, we will always use Dave based on the fantastic results he got. He also has a great knowledge of business and tax efficiency and has worked out packages written against the business and is currently reviewing our pensions. Dave made the whole process enjoyable, prior to meeting him I would not of said would be possible. Dave is a genuinely ‘nice guy’ which I imagine can be rare in financial services.
