Had a brilliant driver fitting with Nevil. Incredibly informative, broke down and explained why and what would be suitable. Following the test, I came away with a driver (that I wasn’t expecting) that will benefit my game the most.Thanks again.

Went for a full bag and putter fitting. As a new golfer with a high handicap I was very apprehensive as to whether I was doing the right thing since there is plenty wrong with my swing. But I was using borrowed clubs and had feedback from friends these wouldn’t be helping my game. I am so glad I went. Best £200 I have spent on my short golfing journey for a personalised 4 hour fitting. Nevil who was visiting from the Midlands store was fantastic. Perfect mix of friendliness, expertise, coaching and stats from the simulator whilst allowing me input on comfort and aesthetics. I felt no pressure to go with any particular manufacturer. It was purely based on what worked best for me and what I liked using. Hitting my irons 1.5 clubs better and straighter now and getting much less slice with driver and woods. I now have a set of clubs that work for me and are future proofed for years to come. I’d thoroughly recommend Custom labs.

Had 2 fittings here in the past year or so and was very happy with their expertise and selection of equipment. They also done some re-gripping on my irons and was very accommodating even on short notice.Big shoutout to Patrick and Tom, and I couldn’t recommend Custom Lab enough.

Really enjoyed the full bag fitting, just wish I spent a little more time on shaft selection. My fault as I still had nearly an hour left of the fitting.Down side is the after service where I’ve had to ask on multiple occasions for the data from the day and still yet to receive it all (4 weeks waiting)

I went for a driver fitting, and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. Nevil was highly knowledgeable, providing me with a driver that suited my current game whilst doing his best to future-proof the club by spending time learning the new swing thoughts I'm developing.

I had the full bag plus putter fitting and it was a great decision. I felt that Tom was listening to what I said, was thinking about what would work best for me, and I could hit as much as I needed to make a decision. The wedge and putter fitting particualrly loooked at information I never thought of, and I can't wait for all the equipment to arrive. Would thoroughly recommend.

I went for a full bag fitting and from start to finish it was a excellent experience, well looked after and never rushed and not pressured to buy any of the equipment I am abit late on leaving review but Tom and other guy forgot name was so informed me about everything going on to make the whole 3 plus hours so smooth and easy , looking forward to going back for putter fitting and gapping sessions and hopefully might see Gavin again who set my ping i20s up back in 2012 time and seen this company go from strength to strength , I would highly recommend any golfer at any level to do this the result will improve your golf no questions asked

From start to finish, excellent service. I booked the top of the bag fitting, had fittings for everything else so wanted to address the woods. Nevil contacted me ahead of the fitting to confirm my booking with him. Great knowledge of the game which i saw in his selection for my game, ending up with a surprise combo that worked for me. There was no up selling which was impressive and shows their class. I ended up only being recommended one club change which I’ve ordered, a change in 3 wood to 5 wood, with the same distances with a better strike off the deck, can’t wait for it to land. Nevil simply worked on my tee height to find the right height for my driver, was hitting 280 consistently at target the next day at Woburn after his fine tuning. Recommend you give these guys a go to give you the right equipment to work on your game. I play off 16.9

Gavin is a master craftsmen. He helped me explore different brands and club designs that suited my handicap and playing style. I had always thought getting custom fitted golf clubs wasn't necessary but after getting fitted (to account for my height, swing path, setup) I realised how wrong I was. By getting a club that was more forgiving and appropriate for my handicap (22.6 at the time) I have now dropped 6 shots to 16.7. Overall this was an excellent experience and the customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend Custom Lab Golf
