Ouch Body Jewellery

It was against my better judgment that I was foolish enough to trust this crowd with my custom once again. They are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They take your money and run, every time parcels never arrive and are lost without exception then comes the long emails from Lauren about how it’s not the companies fault or responsibility blah blah. Customer service is a disgrace it’s always someone else’s fault, brexit, pandemic, Royal Mail how about you grow up and take responsibility for what is poor business choices. Word to the wise customer service doesn’t start and end at taking our money, and true to form I have asked for a refund for my parcel that now is weeks Mia and nothing from the informous excuse maker Lauren. Well I warned you bad reviews will be left across the internet and a report filed with trading standards because this is not except-able. Only at this company have I ever had to sign a disclaimer to say that my order won’t even be processed for 7 days!!! Very very bad company to deal with, avoid!!

Items Never arrived and have ignored all my emails about refund

Awful company. I paid for a gold BCR - not cheap at all, but was a treat to myself and something I had hoped would last a long time - which fell to bits after only a couple of months and caused me to get an infection because the open part of the bar got wedged into my skin. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times via their website, sent 2 or 3 emails and phoned repeatedly as well. Nobody ever answers the phone and nobody has responded to my emails. A complete joke and totally unprofessional. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

My order Never arrived, cannot get an answer over to phone, all emails about re-sending the order or a refund have been ignored.chocking customer service, do not use this company!

This is an excellent shop and I highly recommend them for all your body jewellery needs. They have a large range of products and their website is easy to navigate around. Placing my order was a piece of cake and it arrived dead on time.

Absolutely Appalling Service. Order taken on the very professional Website. Money transferred from me to them.An email thanking me for my order and stating that it might" be dispatched 4 days later.I am still waiting for either the goods or a reply to my many emails and telephone message left. Nothing At All. No explanation of delay. No response whatsoever.I now want a Refund and to shop elsewhere. They are a shambolic Joke. DO NOT USE these awful people."

I bought an item for an intimate place and couldn't be more pleased. Maybe not the fastest delivery. Overall ouch are to be highly recommended.Thanks.

Product range is good, fairly priced and the customer service I received was great. Fast response and very friendly. Will be buying from here again after the good experience I've had!

First order was very good and delivery ,now I've e mailed I've sent internal messages ,and no reply or by telephone ,just want a price and too order some jewelery but they dont seem interested ,very disappointed

Ordered some lip bars, realised I had put in the wrong address. Got a prompt reply and was sorted out straight away. Will order again. Thanks :)
