Had a job offer at this company and met the other employees and all seemed well. After 1 week of working they decided to fire me without giving me any valid reasons and had no communication from the company after. Very unprofessional environment and line managers are extremely inpatient and unprofessional. I do not advise working for this company at all. Unless you want to get fired for no reason don't bother.

Worst company to work for. Very unethical. Managers are unprofessional and abrupt. Working standards are appalling. They will lie to you about accomodations. You will be lucky to get 1 day of work in the whole week!

Best company to work for if you have no ambitions in life and you don't see your self worth. No work life balance at all. Send you up to the other side of the country for free - the money clock starts once the client wants the workers to begin. Expect you to work very fast so they can pay you less as you are paid by the hour not the whole day. Then you make the 3 hour journey home. Some weeks you might not get a shift other than 1 horrible morrisons Sunday shift with 70 other workers.

I have worked at Orridge for over 13 years now, I started as a counter back in the day. I enjoy travelling and meeting new people and visiting places I have never been before.The work can be repetitive but when you have a good team around you the work is less arduous.We stocktake for a wide variety of clients.In the years working for Orridge I have made many new friends, I started as I said working as a counter, promoted to Buddy assisting the Supervisor then Casual Supervisor and onto a Permanent Supervisor. Within the last year I was promoted again to North Service Manager.In life you only get out what you put into something, I am looking forward to my next chapter within Orridge a very satisfying and rewarding company to work for.

I may be asking for a lot but when are you gonna give your employees work. You know… so we can pay our rent, bills and buy food so we can survive.

Worked for orridge for 12 monthsPoor communication. Lack of management. The way staff speak to other staff is appalling. Managers want want want but never offer support. 6 months in and I got my induction! 6 months probation rolled over every month until 11th month. No company benefits nothing ..smelly poor company to work for

I have worked for Orridge for over 4 years now and it has been a great experience. Every day is different and it's great if you enjoy travelling to different places each day. There are some very talented people that work for Orridge who have been great to work with. The company has evolved during my time with them and continues to do so.

This company is struggling to give counters work not even 1 job a week. It looks like the end for Orridge. God knows how you suppose to pay your bills with no work. But this company doesn’t care! I suggest signing on at the Job Center so they can help finding you a proper job. Any job is better than this at least you be working and earning money.
