One of the best barre classes in London! Fun, challenging and full of great tunes. It’s suitable to all levels cause the instructors always give plenty of easier and harder modifications.

Have been going to Sophie’s classes now for five years - after years of trying to find a class or form of exercise that I felt enthusiastic about. Sophie has so much experience and is so passionate about both her craft. She is constantly changing up classes through discovering new and rediscovering old moves. Her studio is beautiful, her playlists are banging, the atmosphere is upbeat and inclusive. The teachers that she has trained she has clearly picked carefully, they are both fantastic in their own way. I cannot recommend her studio enough.

Great workout! Similar to most barre classes but with great lighting and funky music. Was aching for days after. FYI - it’s basically just a room so no bouji shower facilities etc, not a downside just worth noting that you need to turn up ready to go. There are loos that you could change in but it’s not like a big facility. Super fun experience!!

The BEST studio in London! I have been coming here for a few months now and love every single class. Sophie, Amanda and all the other instructors make you feel so amazing. It's like going to the club but you leave feeling like you've done a super intense targeted workout. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been attending Sophie’s Disco Barre & Lotte Berk classes regularly for 5 years now and never once have I been disappointed! Whether it’s 7.30am or 7pm Sophie is always 100% committed to her students and making her classes as fun and as effective as possible. Amanda is also an incredible teacher and I feel very lucky to have the studio on my doorstep, I wouldn’t know what to do without it!

Simply the BEST! You will burn fat, work muscles you've never knew existed and all with the soundtrack of the BEST tunes. I couldn't recommend more.My body changed within weeks and I felt like I had the best night out after the class rather then an exercise class.Sophie is an incredible teacher with huge passion and will guide you through the moves.The moves are guaranteed to make you feel sexy.

A beautiful studio for the best classes in a friendly environment. Sophie’s classes are on point, with clear and encouraging teaching, you feel the burn and posture is definitely improved, it gets better every time. You leave with a big smile on your face too!

Best classes out there! I started coming to Disco Barre about a year ago. Intimate and atmospheric studio space (including disco ball!) and attentive and friendly instructors make for such a good atmosphere. Tough work out and incredible soundtrack will leave you feeling so energised at the end of each class
