I started Becky's online yoga for pregnancy classes at about 14 weeks and I absolutely love my Friday evening unwind!!Becky really helps talk you through poses and gives you loads of options to suit different stages of pregnancy, as well as highlighting what would be useful for turning baby later in pregnancy and in labour. I feel like there's going to be a few tricks up my sleeve I can use to help stay calm and get through it!!After each session I generally end up sleeping for about half an hour as I feel so relaxed and it really sets me up for the weekend. Best thing I've signed up to during pregnancy and an absolute life saver during lockdown!!!

Fantastic baby massage course, Becky was a great teacher explaining and showing the methods and reasons why it is beneficial. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, my husband came along one session and really enjoyed it. My little girl loved it and would always sleep really well after a class, we now massage at home and get better sleep. Highly recommend.
