Obviously this liz hasn't improved in 6mths' reading the last comment' very bad attitude' thinks she nose everything 'she can tell me my items not faulty trying it for 2 mins' the rest of the girls are so nice' I've just noticed ah comment she was like this 4years ago whys she's still allowed to work there I don't no!

The ladies in this store went above and beyond to help with voucher problems.Definitely 10 out of 10 for these workers. And super pleasant too..well done

Manager Unhelpful, after customer service aggreed to replace item.In store manager had a different idea. and refused to replace.

I had a very bad experience in collecting an item ,the customer service person was extremely rule ,bad mannered ,I asked a question regarding the item and the Person called Liz just threw the parcel or item at me ,won't be using this store again ,bad service completely

usually find the staff in this store very helpful until today when trying to use a gift voucher. an assistant called liz was so unhelpful so I asked to speak to the manager where everything was sorted out without any problem. why this assistant was abrupt to me totally out of order.. if I see her in the shop the next time , I wont bother going in

Very good experience here today. Ordered an item late last night online, and it was available first thing for pickup. A very organised store where they were taking safety seriously, at the same time as being welcoming and helpful.
