I came in today for a dry cut, i have very long hair and i asked for some layers to be put in and for the ends to be trimmed. The stylist refused to put any layers in and instead bluntly cut a section at the back which does not blend at all with the rest of my hair. She said i'd need 2 inches taken off length wise to have layers which is odd as no stylist had ever ever said this to me. You can have short hair and still get layers. Ive left with a massive chunk of my hair missing, not at all what i asked for. Im now having to pay again to have my hair blended and properly layered. Not to mention the fact i told the stylist what i wanted and she laughed at my request and was overall quite rude and didnt talk the whole time she was butchering my hair. The hair cut took about 10 minutes and was very rushed. Would avoid this salon in future, not happy. She even said dont worry when you wash and straighten your hair it will look ok" acknowledging the fact the haircut was not up to standard"

Always a nice and friendly service when I get a haircut here. Welcoming and skilled staff, and great value in a modern salon right in the centre of Worcester. They always do a good job so give it a try if you've not visited before.

Staff good, clean, was done straight away cheaper than most

Went to the saloon yesterday afternoon as had an appointment with another Hairdressers cancelled at the last minute. My daughters hair was cut and she was really pleased with the results, even gave her some hair grips. Lovely place and service we would recommend and definitely go back.

Had a walk in appointment for a trim, only had to wait 10 mins & paid £16. All staff lovely thank you! Will be back again!

My hair was incredibly damaged from a at home bleach Job but Ali from Cellys did amazing work with my hair and it is looking so much healthier. What I asked for was a little complex for the condition of my hair but Ali tool great care of me and produced some fantastic results and without any further damage. Hair in foils is the best before picture I could find without the filters to make it look better, the darker colour with ashblonde is the after.Thankyou so much Ali. You literally saved my hair x

I Felt very uncomfortable and had colour all over my face...I went there for cut and colour, the place in itself is very grubby but hey i thought they must be good, a very big young lady started to colour my roots (roots only) bumping me over a few times and coloured way too low the hair line. After a long time another lady finished my hair but by that point, i think my hair was burnt i don't think its normal to keep hair dye for so long...well at the end i couldn't wait to go home and have a shower as I had colour all over my face and ears.
