Practice Plus Brighton North Street

I took a while to get an appointment (government's fault not theirs) but upon arrival everything was easy and self check-in was simple. Doctor was just a couple of mins behind schedule, was very caring and receptive, he did a thorough examination and gave me a test kit to take home. Fantastic!

I would just like to say that as a New Zealander, on holiday in the UK, and being ill, this Clinic was amazing. The receptionists were so welcoming and helpful, and the doctor was so empathetic and caring.I waited for about an hour, nothing compared to wait time at AE in London.Thank you so very much for this wonderful service. You are doing such a great job.

The worst doctors surgery I’ve ever used. Doctors are rude and belittle you and also make promises for timelines they don’t honour / let you know if they need to delay. It is an absolute nightmare trying to get through to anyone and very complicated and difficult processes. Please I cannot recommend enough to find a different surgery.

I’ve been a registered patient at this practice for 5 years and would have rated the service with 4 stars up until about a year ago. Previously, I have always been able to speak to a doctor - and see one if necessary - on the same day.However, the waiting times to speak to or see a GP have increased greatly over the last year. Today reached a new low when I was told the next available face to face appointment was over 3 weeks away.Whoever is running the regular GP service now seems to have done some drastic cost cutting that has resulted in a reduced availability of GPs and a reduced quality of service for registered patients.I’m not sure what the service is like elsewhere, but I think I will have to start searching for a new GP.

Miss-diagnosis, inept receptionists, rude doctors. Absolutely appalling.

The most useless online system ever. You can't even login. It automatically logs you off again. I called their help desk and sent email a couple of times. They said they can't do anything. GP doesn't wanna see me, he keeps referring me back to nurse. They say I have nothing wrong. So I am living with my ear infection and hoping that it will go away on its own. I am shocked with the heath system in one of the so called" great countries in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Completely useless when you need them - Doctor never available even when I had a broken leg diagnosed by A&E and needed the GP to progress the paperwork - went private in the end else I'd probably lose a leg of I wait for them
