He discussed with me what I wanted from my website and explained style choices and what he believed would work best. He was not pushy though and allowed me to make the decisions, something that made me feel valued as a customer.During the creation process, he liased with me every step of the way to ensure that the website was what I wanted. The project was completed in excellent time, which is testament to how skilled he is as a website creator.Afterwards, he offered to support me going ahead in case any problems arised.
