Brilliant bathroom designer, very professional and Marc’s eye for detail is second to none. His ideas of bathroom design are the best I’ve seen. He has a reliable and excellent team of fitters. The best around!

Booked in for a home visit for pricing, measurements and design service - 3 weeks ahead of time. Gentleman didn’t turn up. Spoke to colleague who said he would try and come instead and then I heard nothing back despite sending a further text message to them. Lost 5 weeks in the process. I understand people forget things and mistakes happen but communication and courtesy is important, and that lacked. They had the opportunity to put things right and come and still offer the design service and things went radio silence. Lady on phone is polite enough but that’s meaningless when the guys doing the actual work don’t communicate and don’t turn up.

Mr Cashmere was extremely helpful and gave good advice throughout. A person of considerable expertise. I would have e ery confidence in him.and the service he offers
