We booked to fly to Sri Lanka through Fly Sharp. Whilst the trip never went ahead due to covid, I can't fault the service Fly Sharp provided. There communication was prompt and whilst it took us some time to be refunded, we eventually got 100% of costs back.

I was directed to here from Skyscanner. The booking was a very easy process - very user friendly website and not complicated process. The last minute long-haul tickets were offered at a very good price (compared to other websites). Email communications and confirmations were instant. The eticket and invoice was provided within 1-2 hrs of booking. Good experience and recommended for flight bookings.
