Scott was amazing. From the first call his experience and knowledge shone through. On the day he arrived early and provided a clear explanation of his services, an assessment of each carpet and what to expect. He carefully balanced the risk of each carpet based on its material, age and stains. He meticulously worked on each carpet and provided room by room feedback on how things were progressing. His expert experience allowed him to tackle each of the stains and his determination to attain the highest quality result was really apparent. The end result was phenomenal and his overall end to end service is excellent value for money. I can’t recommend him enough!

A real delight to deal with someone who firstly knows their stuff, doesnt try to sell xtra add ons when in your home, is super friendly and is a professional using very professional looking machine , even his van was lovely and sign written up , i would have no issues with recommending him to anyone reading this.

Would give 6 stars if possible. Scott’s professionalism and hard work wre second to none, which shows in the results on our carpets. Turned up on time, explained everything in great detail, managed expectations but then absolutely surpassed them. The heavily worn carpets have come up brilliantly and look brand new.
