Amazing place for breakfast/quick snack. Chicken wrap was 10/10, best cappuccino I’ve had and the milkshakes were perfect end to lunch! Dog friendly too. Very kind and polite owner. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Support this great small family business

Fantastic prices with good veggie/vegan options which is not always easy to find in rural Wales. 10/10 for value for money and their strawberry milkshake was the best I've ever tasted, and only £2.50! Staff were pleasant and the tables were clean. Definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a quick bite to eat/drink in Lampeter.

Awful bacon roll! Why are they scamming customers with turkey bacon. Tastes terrible and decetful!!! A cafe that can't do a bacon roll now there's a basic issue.

Ordered a bacon and cheese toasty, quite disappointed as the bacon was not actual pork bacon. No flavour.

Poor. Visible smoke in the cafe that smelled of burning / dirty cooking oil during entire meal - clearly not ventilated properly and oil not been changed for a while. No music, so dead atmosphere. Low quality food ingredients, particularly the sausages, and breakfast did not match description in the menu. Saving graces are low prices and relatively quick service.

Called in on an impromptu spin, kids were starving. After much deliberation we ordered 4 meals. After what seemed an age our food arrived, my eldest had ordered a breakfast and has become quite a connoisseur of them over the years!! He asked for no tomatoes, it came with sloppy tinned tomatoes, the bacon was thin and burned rather like shoe leather. We were hungry so ate our food but wouldn't call in again.
