Food ordered for delivery at 1915 and arrived at 20:00, chips were lukewarm at best. When phoned at 1950 to chase delivery, was told it had left the store over 20 minutes earlier. No wonder batter and chips were soggy and food cold. Majority thrown in the bin as inedible. Complete waste of money and very disappointing. Will not return for delivery order again.

I ordered online for pick up. Ordering process was super easy and when I arrived everything was ready. Staff were friendly and the food was excellent. Highly recommended

This was a 5 star review but placed an order tonight...1 pot of peas missing1 portion chips missing & they'd put 2 value meals in 1 bag to try & cover the missing chips1 peas was curry.Chips were rock hard. Portions are TINY.Fiddling the customers really.Used the live chat on foodhub & they never picked the phone up got a £5 voucher code.Don't think i'll bother with the place again.

Best chippy in Lincoln. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. If you like the battered sausages you only seems to get in the 80s, I have some good news for you.

Got a value fish chips and mushy peas for £5.20. fish was nice and hot so was chips and peas, will be going back would recommend.

We ordered food yesterday. The order took an hour. The chips were cold and they got half the order wrong. They called and apologised but it’s not the point. The food has left me very unwell. It’s put me of chippy for life. Won’t be going back here again.
