We just recently bought a 1940s house and found Artex in some of the ceilings. We had them tested and they were positive for Asbestos. I had Riverside Asbestos remove the two ceilings and replace them. I also had them put in a new loft hatch because the old one kept knocking off pieces of plaster every time it was opened. They did a fantastic job: they were very professional throughout; the rooms were sealed off and everything was removed and cleaned thoroughly; and the quality of the work was of a high standard. I’ve just recently asked them to come back and do some additional work in our front bedroom. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Needed asbestos cement sheets removed from Garage / utility. Riverside worked with my roofer to schedule date to remove prior to new roof fitting.The team turned up promptly worked hard removing sheets , cleaned up to a high standard . Very friendly professional team .Went the extra mile and made garage watertight , as roofing company were starting next day..Good quote , proffesional prompt company .Well recomendd .Thank you

Very disappointed……1) Got the quote for the asbestos roof to be removed and then a new one to be replaced … was very happy got the day and time to do it brilliant………then ask about what they use to replace the roof …… then he says he will get back to me …. Then I phone back to be told sorry no can’t do it and the people who do the roof replace they can’t either …. So now back to finding someone. My dads 75 years old now having to sort out someone again……. So thanks a lot lads not reliable are you … very disappointed..

We were advised the ceiling panels in the garage of our new property were probably asbestos.This was subsequently confirmed following inspection by Riverside on 7th May.Removal work was completed by Darren and Robert on 8th May.I was impressed by the focus and efficiency demonstrated.The procedures followed before, during and after removal is testament to the scrupulous professional standards this work requires.The certificate issued later reassured me that the legal requirements regarding disposal have been fulfilled.
