Was disappointed when I got my sewing machine back home after a service ,I noticed that it was not properly serviced,they just put oil into the bobbin case and my machine does not need oil. Got it checked by another and the verdict was it was not even looked at. Big price tag for doing nothing. Would not recommend Sew and Knit for servicing sewing machines.Service your own ,Youtube have great videos how to!Most problems can be fixed at home.

I have just discovered that this company used an incorrect replacement part for my Frister and Rossman sewing machine. They charged plenty for my repair and this is not what I would have expected from this company. The incorrect replacement rubber belt lasted only a short time so now I have had to have my machine repaired again. I do not recommend them for repairs.

I had my Pfaff sewing machine serviced and repaired here after the Singer Sewing Centre closed in Belfast. Id been worried about finding somewhere to have my machine serviced but Sew n Knit are fantastic. The owners are lovely and I received a voicemail as soon as I could pick my machine up. Can't fault the customer service or the price.
