We brought a Mercedes ML from this company in march time and literally been nothing but problems the garage repaired an ad blue problem as was simple otherwise all other things was less simple and cost alot to repair even though when the car was brought Leo told us it came with 6 months warranty they still don't want to know.I've now paid over 2k in repair bills for this car that's now gone wrong again.I suggest if your looking for a car look elsewhere not east bilney garage.Thank you

This is going to be a bit of an essay. The long and short of it is they sold me a substandard second hand car, having covered up serious faults in order to make the sale. They did fix the the faults at their own cost, but only because I was lucky enough to know someone who checked the car over for me and found them. In the end they had to replace the cam belt, full back box section of the exhaust, the entire passenger side wing mirror. It took multiple trips and a lot of time to sort it all as they continued to do half the job needed to try and cut costs. After about 6 weeks I finally had the car they should have sold me in the first place. To put it in perspective the car cost £5000 and they paid for parts (without mark up) to the value of about £3000 along with the petrol used to sort it all out. They obviously didn’t have to pay for labour, but having worked in a car workshop I know the total cost to them would have probably been near to, if not more than the original price. I thank them for sorting the issues but I would not buy anything else from them.Reply: yes it was an old car but it had the problems before you sold it and you tried to cover them up. So the 3 stars is generous, and yes, you fixed it after much debate. But to be honest that should all have been done before the sale. The reason I couldn’t report the faults straight away is because, due to injury, I couldn’t drive it for 3 weeks after I purchased it. I said I’m grateful but, to be honest, you only did what you should have done anyway.

Had an MOT test there. Quick turn around time. Friendly desk staff. Cost of MOT test was approx £35. Cheap.Car failed MOT as expected and the garage quoted their prices to fix front brake pads and one other wheel related issue. Total quote was in excess of £600.I got all the fixes done independently for £220...The retest was done a week later for £17 which was good.

Recently new to the area, and on one of our cars required an MOT, to keep things local we used East Bilney Garage, the experience was extremely good care taken at every step, and advise given.Service receptionist, Claire was very helpful and clear about the process we will definitely use them again .Kevin

The customer service was faultless and the MOT and service was exceptional, no complaints at all, very satisfied.

I was very pleased at the prompt service. A chap came to the house, with a new battery, after my ringing to say I couldn’t start my car.With the new battery installed, the car was fine, and the chap took my battery back to the garage.I visited next day, to pay my bill and was told that my battery had been thoroughly checked and was perfectly fine - I may have left side lights on all night in error!All I was charged for was the call out etc. very courteous and fair service

Everything was done with no hassle by friendly staff and the whole experience was great
