Up & Running Shrewsbury

Called in here and came out with New Balance running shoes that actually fit properly. They've last years. Expertise to assist with preventative measures to ensure your movement is supported. Will use again & highly recommend.

Very disappointed- drove 45 miles to check this store out and buy some new running shoes( seen in sale online) only to discover the shop did not hold very many sale items! Also wanted to check out my running gait but the assistant was very reluctant for me to use the facility saying if I was happy with how I was running then I should stick with a neutral shoe. I left empty handed and without any additional knowledge as to what running shoe to buy other than “ if you’re happy with your existing shoe then stick with it! “ Definitely did not live up to my expectations!

The most friendly and knowledgeable staff, first time doing gait analysis and the guy (didn't get his name sadly) went through everything with me and gave me plenty of choice. So much knowledge and absolutely no pressure or rush to buy, I came away with some lovely new trainers and having learnt lots about my style. Would 100% recommend

I only popped in for a look but Di was so full of knowledge & gave me lots of advice I bought new running trail trainers. Can't wait to try them out. Thank you so much for your support & advice. Definitely going back!

Absolutely brilliant service. Visited on Saturday 17th Dec for a new pair of gym trainers and the shop assistant (I didn't catch his name!) was just so knowledgeable and helpful. Did not feel rushed at all and came away with a pair that fit brilliantly. Would recommend to anyone.

Went in to Shrewsbury to get my first ever pair of running shoes. What a great experience! Di was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She spent a lot of time with me. She did an in-depth video analysis, explained everything to me and gave me her recommendation. She brought me several pairs to try on until I found what felt best. She answered any questions I had and gave great advice. I left very happy and ready to get running! I’ve tried my new running shoes out and they feel amazing! Did the NHS couch to 5k a few years back but got out of the running habit. Went to Up and Running today to get analysed and kitted out to give it another go. Ian was amazing and had loads of helpful advice. Really appreciated, thanks.

Went in for the gait analysis and to buy some new running shoes. Just a really positive experience, listened to feedback given on every pair tried on and tailored the recommendations based on it. Very easy place to reccomend.
