Terrible experience 16/12/2023 faced at Sports Direct 21-23 The Broadway Ealing Vat No: GB 898 4397 43 due to false advertisement.We purchased a gaming keyboard product - Trust GXT833 Thado TKL Ke, where the price displayed on the box is £14.98 however when we arrived at the till the staff said the system showed £17.98. This is false advertisement under the Consumer Protection law from Unfair Trading Regulations mean you cannot mislead or harass consumers.The staff was extremely rude at the till and did not give us any option and suggested we either pay or simply not buy the product. I have attached the proof of pictures for reference for the experience we faced.

Lots of products are out of reach so you need an employee to help you out, and they don’t seem happy to do! I had to wait over 40 Mins for someone to help me reach a hoodie that was on the top shelf.Price wise and product wise good as any sport direct but the employee makes you feel bad to ask for something

I strongly advise that you avoid these guys like the plague. The service is absolutely awful. And if anything ever goes wrong with what you buy then they couldn’t give a monkey’s! Go to TK Maxx or anywhere else.

Poorly managed store and rude staff. Floors are dirty , staff members are not around to help with sizes. When i mentioned this to manager ( who was texting on his phone ) he said someone will help shortly . I waited 20 minutes and left.Very frustrating experience.

I feel really sorry for the staff in this shop. They are really stretched. Just one person serving all the footwear departments on a Saturday. I can’t imagine it is fun working in those conditions. As a customer, don’t bother unless you are prepared to wait. We stood around for 20 mins then gave up. Product range is good but impossible to get served unfortunately.

Called in multiple times with no answer, called over and over until staff unknowingly answered and I could hear them laughing and joking about not picking up the phone. Unprofessional.
