Offered originally £173 for my old phone which was immaculate, they knocked me down to £60 saying it was faulty and supposedly had scratches, I sent it to Vodafone because of the problems they told me it had and Vodafone gave it a 100% perfect phone! I got my phone back from them and sold privately for £250! ..their process also never took 24hr as promised, it took almost 10 Days!

i have sent them my phone and i rejected their final offer, as they said my phone had far too many issues which wasnt true and i rejected the offer nearly 3 weeks ago .. i haven't either receive any response, my money for my phone or my phone back until now. I am working in retail myself, and this service it is just the worse experience i ever had. How can you keep someone's item and dont even update them with a status on whats going on ?!?!?!?! It feels more like a scam than anything else!!!

AVOID!! Fraudulent company!!Sent these people my old phone last year - it has a couple of extremely minor marks on it as it was a user phone. But still worth a few quid.Anyway, I photographed my phone and video'd it before I sent it as I don't usually trust firms like this - which is a good job.Because they tried to tell me my phone was heavily" scratched

Do not use this company,only reason I have them one star was because you can't do a review otherwise, got online quote for my phone £124, sent it complete with original box, charger, brand new headphones and screen saver, expected offer to be a bit lower as a couple of tiny light scratches on screen, otherwise immaculate, offered £45, so turned it down, took 2 weeks to return and that was only after chasing where it was and then they had the audacity to return JUST the phone nothing else, they kept the rest!! Scam artists!!!! Queried this via email as they don't answer their phone, surprisingly! Let's see if I get s response. Making a complaint to trading standards.

They offered a good price sent out a postage package for my phone,emailed when they received my phone and the next day yo say they'd checked my phone and would pay what they offered within 24 hours..it was paid within the hour. Good communication and service would definitely recommend them.

Only reason they got a star is because I couldn't post without adding a star. Offered £84 for my s6. After testing there was an alleged screen fault which resulted in an offer of £60. This phone was in excellent condition and properly looked after,always in a case. I requested the phone to be sent back. I received the phone back without the original box, key for the SIM card and fast charger. I'm now waiting to see how they respond. Under no circumstances deal with these cowboys. They are hoping that you can't be bothered to request your phone back and will accept a lower bid.
