Lucy the sales assistant was amazing, helpful, super efficient, friendly.We were able to view the car the same day and went back for a test drive the next day with no ‘pushy’ sales. The car was really good quality, well presented. Excellent warranty.

The initial experience with the sales person was great with good communication throughout. The car was advertised as having no faults, everything inside and out was perfect. The car got delivered and had many faults on the outside. They failed to mention that the car was involved in a bad crash. The body paint was terrible, you can clearly see where it has been painted. The car was dented and scratched everywhere. They also delivered the car very dirty. For the price paid and delivery amount paid, I expected a lot more. The condition the car came in was horrible. The dealership did not compensate a single penny and did not offer a full refund. I will never use them again. Liars from the start.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.I purchased an Audi A5 and I am so pleased with it. I dealt with Adam who was brilliant but the whole team were superb.I have had major issues with car dealers in the past and i was hesistant to say the least, but I cannot recommend these guys enough.This company is brilliant.
