UK1 Pizza & Kebabs

I have yet to find a decent kebab in Bourne, these disappointed again. Dry Doner kebab with no salad (even though I requested) very little sauce2 burnt pizzas AGAIN

Very poor service! Order was incorrect. Sent a receipt which had the wrong contact number and card details on it. Pizza wasn't correct. Called restaurant and got a tirade of abuse from the owner!!!!! Will not offer from them again.

Ordered at 19.45 and order on receipt says confirmed 19.47. It was finally delivered at 21.25 and they are only down the road! Chased them up and they didn't seem bothered and that it will be another 20 mins. In other words likely forgot. Their way of saying sorry was a bottle of coke. Will not be ordering from there again!

Not convinced food is fresh at all. Pizza dough is quite tough and chips are dry with a strange taste. Starting to get stomach ache. Definitely not fresh, it's going in the bin right now. Waste of £18 !!

We decided to utilise the website to make our order at 8:20pm. By 9:30pm our order had still not arrived, so we phoned the takeaway. The guy on the phone claimed they had no received our order (despite the money being taken as a card payment and had left my back account!) He then said the order had just come through and that the order would be with us ASAP. It was then 50 minutes later before the food arrive so we essentially waited two hours for our food! When we received our food, the receipt was attached which showed that the order was placed at 8:20pm but it also said that the receipt was printed at 8:50pm, 40 minutes before we phoned and they claimed they had no recollection of the order. Why lie?!?!?! This service is completely unacceptable and I will not be using them again because of this. The food was actually of a good standard but to wait two hours for food is ridiculous and especially when the takeaway made no attempt to even apologise for the confusion. Will never use again!

Ordered 2 10inch pizzas. Both burnt to a crisp. 90% of them burnt black, crust too hard to even chew. Save your money and go elsewhere. Very disappointing. Was expecting quality pizzas for the price but tesco value are better!

Cheesy Garlic Bread arrived entirely burnt & instead of cooking a new one they tried to add extra cheese to cover it. Food was revolting. Do NOT recommend this establishment.

If your looking for 2 day maybe more warmed up microwaved kebab meat then this is the goto dive absolutely disgusting wouldn't even feed my dog it should be a minus zero star on here

Oh dear, Two 10 Pizzas

If I could rate lower I could. Pizzas were cold and mouldy because their delivery drivers are incompetent. Mild on boxes and the chips looked like they had been under a tap for half an hour to cook. Or boiled in hot water. Call them up and nothing done about it. Pizzas looked like they had been a few rounds with the tap as well. Avoid this place should be done under the trades description act. Definetly not UK 1 more like UK 999999999999999999
