Arena Cleaning have done a brilliant job at Cromer Lawn Tennis & Squash Association cleaning not only a carpet which hadn’t been done for ten years but also 34 chairs. Starting at 4 p.m. they finished at 12.45 a.m going above and beyond. Would thoroughly recommend.

Thank you to Simon and Jackie for their help and superb service in cleaning carpets that had starting looking tired, I had tried hiring a carpet cleaner myself which had very little effect. They were super at communication, reminded me of the visit and all pre instructions very clear and really great even when I unfortunately had to rearrange at short notice due to a family emergency. We were so pleased with the result, this was a much superior service to hiring a carpet cleaner myself, I will most certainly be contacting them again and cannot recommend them highly enough. I cannot thank Simon enough for the job he did on my carpets. We were actually looking into claiming new carpets on our landlords insurance after our tenants abandoned our property, leaving it in an unthinkable state. He responded to my enquiry quickly, went to the property that same day and inspected the damage, gave us a very reasonable quote and did the most AMAZING job! Our carpets look brand new again and we didn't think this was possible. Thank you Simon, you really did work your magic! One more thing, he didn't stop from 8am till almost 8pm, the job wasn't an easy one, but he didn't stop until they were perfect again. I would use Simon again every time!

We have just moved to the area and needed carpets to be cleaned asap before our furniture arrived. Simon came out the next day(a Saturday) and worked from 11.30 - 7.30 I would recommend Arena to anyone seeking carpet cleaning for a professional and efficient job with excellent results.

Absolutely phenomenal people, can't recommend them enough. Had a stain in our carpet for years and couldn't figure out for the life of me how to get it out but they managed to do what I thought was the impossible. Wife was happy so I'm happy!

Simon and Jackie did a brilliant job on a red wine stain on our beige carpet. Simon came out to assess the stain and then arranged to return to treat it. Simon and Jackie worked on the carpet together and spent time to explain what they were doing and how their chosen chemicals would work.
