These days companies don’t seem to reward loyalty but guess what, this one does. I have been with them for quite a few years now and have always had great service from them, great friendly staff and brilliant engineers, however they exceeded my expectations when I managed to do something stupid and damaged my alarm, they not only came out to fix it straight away, they did it for me without charge because i was a longstanding customer, the lad who came to do it didn’t laugh at me too much and did a fantastic job, clean and no fuss. Thank you all at Rotec alarms, this customer is going nowhere and I will continue to recommend you and the great service you provide

Mary, Mark and the team are very easy to deal with and professional in their approach (shoes off when they enter your house!). We have been using Rotec Alarms for 8 years, we have had 2 alarms and security lights fitted by them in our old home and new one. The app they provide to monitor the alarm is brilliant and gives peace of mind when you are away. On going we use their maintenance team for an annual check. They are very professional and good value for money. Their operatives are polite, respectful, efficient, they always get any job fixed first time and quickly which is great when you have a busy home life. I have always recommend them to all my friends and family and I will continue to do so.

Excellent service. Solid practical advice about what we needed from Mark and first-class service from the very knowledgable and professional technicians. We had an alarm system and cameras fitted from scratch and they were up and running in less than a day with no mess at all. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
